TITLE: Inventory Control Associate
REPORTS TO: Inventory Team Lead
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurately perform audits and inventory counts for company owned convenience stores.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows all inventory and audit procedures and guidelines for each assignment.
Follows flow plans for inventories that ensure accuracy and productivity standards.
Count retail merchandise within all areas of the store(s) as assigned.
Check, pull, segregate and document recalled or quarantined products.
Accurately enter counts into 10 Key scanner system and verify as needed.
Perform key item counts on deli items in freezer, cooler(s) and on shelves.
Verify clerical computations against physical inventory and works with team lead to adjust errors.
Use tags during item counts to ensure all items are accounted for.
Perform cash audit of register system(s), safe, and ATMs to identify discrepancies; verify as needed.
Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Wear non-slip shoes and other ppe equipment as required.

Maintains confidentiality of all company information, is forthcoming in reporting all policy and procedural violations and any wrongdoing to the director of human resources.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate
No experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Able to manage a variety of timelines and multiple projects.
Must be task orientated with good attention to detail.
Excellent math and computer skills required.
Monday – Friday regular business hours or as business necessitates
Must have valid driver’s license and be able to go between stores without difficulty.
Up to 80% travel inside Parker’s geographic markets.
Prolonged standing with frequent walking.
Repetitive motions requiring use of both wrists and hands as well as frequent use of fingers.
Low level positions: frequent squatting, bending, kneeling, and crouching
Use of step stools and ladders up to 8 feet high.
Ability to comfortably and repeatedly carry or lift 50lbs.
Subject to wet floors, cold temperature extreme (32°), loud noise, fuel fumes and cleaning products.
