Leads Coordinator

Position Summary –

The Leads Coordinator position requires a fast paced, customer service driven individual who is skilled at multitasking and organization. This position will be key to assisting agents with leads, understanding and maintaining lead systems, assigning leads, and troubleshooting system issues. The leads coordinator acts as the first point of contact for all leads opportunities to the company and will partner with both relocation and marketing to ensure lead management best practices and assignment are being followed. Will be expected to be welcoming, helpful, courteous, and discreet.

The Leads Coordinator will be a part of a team of administrative services and will be expected to work well with others by offering services and support across the organization. Will be required to provide coordination for multiple agents by being flexible and willing to accommodate a range of personalities. Will be expected to execute all technical and administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Position Highlights –

  • Manage lead generation systems
  • Read and scrub all leads daily
  • Assign and manage lead assignments
  • Follow up on all agent status on leads in LeadRouter- Ensure new agents are trained, new markets are accessible, etc.
  • Partner with agents on lead compliance- report issues urgently to agents to maintain lead acceptance
  • Partner with Education /Training Coordinator and marketing to rollout best practices for leads
  • Track and report on incoming leads weekly/monthly
  • Track and report trends in leads (origination sources: Zillow, CBHMF, etc.)
  • Partner with relocation for lead generation and assignment
  • Prepare relocation tour packages
  • Maintain floor tracker opportunities
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed to include:
  • Desk coverage
  • Ordering supplies
  • Maintaining floor calendar
