A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team reporting directly to the Head of Finance, providing financial modeling and analysis for the business. In addition; the individual will provide M&A support, business insight throughout the organization using analytical and interpersonal skills to drive decision making and support a growing SaaS Business. The company is expanding to new markets, has a strong financial position and offers equity as part of compensation package.

Responsibilities include:
Developing financial models and working on Ad Hoc special projects to assist with decision making, planning and reporting, including:
Drive reporting automation and manage key performance indicators in a dashboard format
Analyze current and historical data to create forecasts for future periods
Detailed analytical modeling including summarizing large amounts of data to determine trends and projections
Work across the Finance team to consolidate financial results and metrics in support of monthly and quarterly close processes, including:
Assurance of data integrity, accuracy and consistency
Data analysis and interpretation to understand key drivers of results
Preparation of standardized reports and insightful analysis for CFO and other key stakeholders
Act as the trusted business advisor to the business unit budget owners to:
Understand revenue and expense forecasts and inputs during annual budget and forecasting processes
Analyze results to ensure proper presentation of variances
Generate reports and communicate results
Identifying and driving process improvements and automation
Provide M&A analysis and insight
Mentoring and training a junior analyst

Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in a corporate finance role, Technology (SaaS) industry experience is preferred
Strong understanding of budgets, forecasts, financial statements and accounting principles.
Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-pasted environment
Desire to work in a start-up environment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with a variety of audiences within the organization
Advanced Excel skills with Netsuite experience is a plus
Graduate Degree is a plus
