Fueguia Basket. The heart of the brand lies in Patagonia, within its virgin territories, fiercely

dominated by the nature. This is the environment in which one can find those native sought-after

species, cultivated and distilled with the support by the local community and universities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW

Fueguia 1833 is currently seeking a highly energetic and responsible Full-Time Sales Associate for

our boutique in 21 Crosby Street. The ideal candidate will support the store supervisor with

clienteling, welcome customers when they enter the store and assist customers with superior

product knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Sales by providing exceptional customer service experience by greeting and listening

customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the

products.

  • Assist the store supervisor in an effective and efficient manner
  • General upkeep of the store and cleaning maintenance
  • Maintenance and follow up of the boutique inventory
  • E-commerce follow up and orders shipment
  • Meet group sales goals

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience of one-on-one customer service and/or sales environments in luxury goods

preferred

  • Team-player mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with attention to detail
  • Impeccable personal presentation, good manners and diplomacy, even when under stress
  • Dependable, punctual, flexible. Ability to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings

and weekends

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize
  • Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary.
  • Second languages are a distinct advantage
  • Essential Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
