Focuses on data analysis that delivers supply chain business results, identifies and actions inefficiencies, displays the ability to work with and lead cross functional teams to manage cost and deliver service.
Own and optimize the design of the US distribution network
Perform analytical reviews to drive cost out, capacity and efficiency improvements throughout logistics
Participate in long range volume planning and annual budget processes
Develop, track and drive KPI improvements
Create and lead processes to measure and drive logistics planning optimization
Identify and close planning capability gaps
Deliver supply chain KPIs
Prepares standardized and ad hoc reports to support business analysis
Improve and automate reporting using Tableau
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Economics preferred
3 to 5 years’ experience in Analytics and Supply Chain
Planning / Forecasting experience
Influencing skills and ability to work across the organization required
Proficient Tableau and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
