Job Summary:
As the Area Director of Patient Services (Sales/Marketing), you will develop a strong working relationship with attending physicians, hospital case managers and discharge planners via outside sales calls, conversations, education and follow-up. Your efforts should result in meeting or exceeding minimum admission expectations for our centers by increasing referrals, admissions and our referral base.

Qualifications:

Sales and community relations experience required

Previous health care sales experience preferred

Excellent presentation skills

Organizational skills required

Knowledge of reimbursement programs from payor sources preferred

Must have proven skills in working independently; self-motivated, self-directed, goal-directed, and goal oriented

Formal sales training preferred

Must relate professionally to other employees at all levels of Senior Living Properties

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written format

Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with multiple and various people and organizations externally
