The Business Enablement team is the engine that fuels our global Sales, Marketing, and Services organizations with quality leads. Our mission is to Reach and convince every SMB in the world to have a relationship with Indeed. As a UX designer on our team, you will drive the next generation of Sales and Marketing Support tools. This is an opportunity to have an immediate impact on the effectiveness of thousands of Sales and Service reps worldwide, where you can leverage your passion for being data-driven to create the solutions that empower Indeed’s customer-facing teams to deliver outstanding results every day.
You will design solutions for UI-based tools that help Indeed reps contextualize opportunities and leads, and change management tools that help Sales Operations drive rapid organizational change. As with all products at Indeed, we value an iterative mindset that can be creative, generate hypotheses, construct MVPs, and validate with decisive and well-defined success metrics.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree required in Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent field required
3+ years professional experience working in product user experience
Knowledgeable in both generative and evaluative UX research and experience working in a startup environment with a focus on speed to ship
Experience with mobile-first experiences and design systems, with a demonstrated ability to think through end-to-end solutions with a strong user-centered approach
Skilled in interaction and visual design and able to autonomously and continually improve the quality of our products

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
