The Account Development Consultant directs the prospecting and pre-sales efforts for the Inside Sales teams for a game-changing IT Certification Training product lines including Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare and more.

Responsibilities and Duties

The duties of this position are critical to reducing the sales cycle of an account. The primary objective is to support the Regional Consulting Managers and Directors by providing superior prospect and client information, feedback, and content to aid in achieving the Sales Department's revenue goals.

That effort will result in quick promotions to Account Executive roles where your income and career will skyrocket as you perform product demos and close business. We are excited about the career development opportunities we offer, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Qualifications and Skills

  • Be able to talk to anyone, anytime. No fear of the phone
  • Open to continuous self-improvement, must be coachable and thrive on training and mentoring
  • Ability to design, customize, and deliver marketing materials to prospects and clients.
  • Basic knowledge of sales tactics, procedures, and styles.
  • Superior listening skills and the ability to take an assessment and communicate ideas in a phone presentation
  • Technical Skills
  • Should be at least a mid-level user level on Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with computer terminology and basic components
  • Knowledge of Sales Databases such as and LinkedIn a plus.
