Summary: Proactively supports patient revenue streams to appropriately and effectively capture revenue for clinical procedures and services, supported by complete clinical documentation while assuring compliance with regulatory policies. Fosters financial performance improvement, leading financial and clinical integration.
Education: Must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; or the equivalent of 8 years experience in a comparable job.
Experience: Must have 2 to 3 years healthcare Revenue Cycle, Finance, or Auditing experience.
Other Qualifications: Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must demostrate reliable skill in statistical analysis with competencies in Microsoft Office, database management, and Electronic Heath Record navigation.
