Basic Function:
To manage and increase the sales of the Runtech N.A. product portfolio in specified market product range in direct sales basis and through an existing and new agent network
To develop and maintain close relationships with existing and potential customers and agents
Work in close collaboration with Runtech Finland team as well as with Gardner Denver Nash North American team to drive significant growth in the Paper & Pulp industry
Frequent travel to meet the direct customers with agents in North America
Must live within reasonable distance from International Airport (location may vary)

Key Responsibilities:
Establishes effective relationships with customers, sales agent principles, and key sales agent personnel, ensuring agent loyalty to Runtech and Gardner Denver products
Ensures revenue growth plans that underpin GD company strategy are in place to meet the short and long term in conjunction with General Manager
Collates market data and customer plans. Take a lead role in the formulation account planning based on customer’s growth strategies and annual plans leveraging customer technical data

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Paper Making, Engineering or equivalent industry experience desirable
Proven sales and customer account management experience
Experience in technical sales management, particularly in an international and/or export environment
Experience in industrial sales and within the Paper Industry or pumps/compressor market or similar industry
Proven experience of managing direct sales and a sales agent network
Knowledge and experience in the Paper & Pulp industry process conditions would be a plus
