The local team at Eat The Frog Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and energetic sales leader as the Studio Manager for one of the first franchises in the state of Florida. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in quota-driven sales (fitness industry preferred) and understand how to maximize every opportunity to drive daily sales and grow membership.

Created by Olympic Decathlon Gold Medalist, Brian Clay, Eat The Frog Fitness combines world class training with cutting edge technology for the most advanced workout in the industry.* Eat The Frog Fitness *is expanding nationally in Washington, California, Arizona, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina with more expansion states soon to follow. Orlando is the fastest growing Eat the Frog market in the country with three studios opening this year and four more coming next year.There are many opportunities for advancement and the Frog is hopping. Job Responsibilities:


  • Generate new membership sales and retain existing members.
  • Manage pre-sales process professionally and efficiently. Presales activities will include direct sales, attendance at community events, corporate sales, and online leads.
  • Build a strong community environment that is engaging and fun.
  • Hire, develop, empower, and evaluate sales associates.
  • Develop a high-energy culture through incentive-based motivation.
  • Cultivate community relationships with local business managers and owners.
  • Manage social media studio presence with daily posts and engaging information.
  • Previous sales experience required (fitness industry preferred).

Skills Needed

  • HIGH energy and a “can’t fail” desire to grow with an amazing company.
  • Proven success in pre-sales management and desire to drive the business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to plan, communicate, and execute monthly studio performance goals.
  • Strong communication skills and engaging personality.
  • Ability to mentor and train other associates.
  • Bachelors degree preferred
