GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Coordinator will offer strategic and tactical marketing support to sales function and company including development of product/company brochures, trade show activities, advertising/public relations, direct marketing programs, monitoring of macro/micro industry trends including competition and encourage/enforce consistent use of company mark/image/identiy.
EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Minimum of 3 Years-Experience in Marketing (experience in technical/mechanical field, valuable).
Proficient with SalesForce and Pardot.
Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Growth Hacking, Referrel Programs, Retargeting (ie: web traffic), Content Market, etc. and other inventive ways to reach B@B customers.
Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
Define projects, project objectives and link to strategy, estimate time and resources required.
Internal/external customers involved and report on priority, status, timing, etc.
Collaborate with the global Guntner marketing team and local sales team to develop communication and project plans per the below.
Define audience, main message points, write copy, get/verify technical data, translate, design/layout, proof, get approvals, print, decide quantities, monitor inventory, manage vendors, budget for portions, manage brochure plan document.
Event Planning: Create, manage show plan, including booth size, contract details, display options, equipment to display, preshow promotion, at show schedules & promotion, post show promotion, lead handling, follow-up, summary, includes vendors management, budgeting.
Organize and monitor inventory of all marketing collaterol including: brochures, promotional items, trade show banners, displays and trade show units.
Create, update and distribute marketing collaterol as needed including but not limited to info brochures, installation Operation Manuals, flyers and advertisements.
Update company website and social media with company, product, news and other content in a timely manner. Make structural improvements periodically. Enhance performance of website and leverage internet and other E-Marketing tools when appropriate.
Develop strategic and tactical media communication plans, covering print ad, web ad, news announcements and technical articles.
Create and imporove processes for responding to recurrent sales, customers, contractors and media requests. Define procedures where needed.
Explain, encourage and enforce correct use of Guntner’s corporate identity in internal and external activities.
Make logos available in user friendly formats, correspondence and presentation templates. Explain company identity, etc. Review projects of others that involve logo or corporate identity.
Translate and edit technical reports, e-news letter, international case studies, etc. in proper american, english language.
Organize, make available and improve content, graphics and versions of company and product presentations to make them more effective and easier to use.
Nurture lead lists with market segment detail for use in electronic and print campaigns.
Interact with Salesforce to define/edentify market trends and cusomters needs.
Develops marketing strageties to attract customers to company website, online presence and promote online products or services. Leads the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure goals for online products or services are met. Analyzes online statistics and identifies the best practice to optimize onlline marketing performance. Oversees development on e-marketing content and explore sales channels. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staff. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
