Purpose: The Materials Resource Supervisor will prioritize, schedule, delegate work assignments, and manage associates to ensure the timely and cost efficient completion of all work and projects. The Materials Resource Supervisor provides leadership, training, mentoring and support to the Inventory team.
Span of Control: Responsible for the supervision of inventory control and distribution measures to ensure proper receipt, storage and distribution of materials, supplies and equipment to the Operating room, CSP and various supply locations; supervises the functions and activities of Supply Coordinators.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School degree or GED required
Associates degree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent of x years in x

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
A minimum of two (2) years experience in healthcare purchasing.
A minimum of two (2) years experience in Central Sterile Supply, Operating Room, or Supply Chain Inventory processing.
A minimum of one (1) year of previous Supervisory responsibility strongly preferred.
