The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for go-to-market strategies and helps plan, manage and execute marketing, promotion and results management initiatives for designated business channels. This role will develop, deploy, evaluate and recommend campaigns/programs that are aligned with the overall marketing and business strategies to achieve desired business results. This role partners with others in the marketing team and across the organization to successfully grow and develop channels to meet and exceed our annual growth targets.
Assists in the development and execution of channel marketing programs and campaigns to assist in the product visibility.
Develops a deep understanding of assigned channel, market segment and key business drivers, such as pricing, product/customer experience, competition, etc. Understands company capabilities, products and services in order to effectively design and implement campaigns and programs for targeted audience and channel. Creates and implements specific go-to-market and operational strategies to grow business and strengthen channel partnerships.
Analyzes market conditions and sales trends for existing and potential channel marketing programs and campaigns. Monitors program and campaign efforts and conduct pre- and post-program analysis to drive improvement (measure, assess, report and optimize marketing investment to meet channel growth goals). Documents and shares channel best practices, learnings and successes across internal stakeholders to maximize performance.
Pursues ongoing marketing education and best practices along with providing internal and external clients with appropriate training related to product, business and marketing programs and support to ensure effective utilization of opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing - Required
3 years of experience in marketing experience with managing multiple channels and/or client relationships with preference for both B2B and B2C marketing, content marketing and/or social media a plus.
