Description:
The Business Loan Processor will support the Commercial Lending Manager in day-to-day operations of the Commercial Lending Department. This role will ensure the efficient operation of business lending responsibilities. Excellent member service is utilized to communicate with both business members and internal team members to build relationships and support growth within commercial lending.

Uploads required loan documents into OnBase in support of a paperless Commercial Lending department.

Updates, consolidates, and distributes monthly business loan balances to accounting and senior management.

Reviews Monthly Exception Report and works with members to clear up any outstanding items.

Completes Quarterly 5300 Report

Completes loan pipeline, risk rated credit review, portfolio concentration summary and loan growth year to date for quarterly updates to the board.

Gathers and analyzes loan and deposit documentation, including (but not limited to) financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, investment statements, collateral descriptions, credit reports, certificate of good standing, corporate by-laws, operating agreements, articles of organization, and other related business paperwork.

Prepares credit presentations, including cashflows, collateral analysis, sources and uses of funds, existing relationship table, guarantor analysis and proposed loan terms.

Ensures completion and timeliness of all loan packages submitted to Commercial Alliance and Element 22.

Pulls list of new business members monthly and sends introductory welcome letters.

Completes annual reviews for member business loans not managed by Commercial Alliance or Element 22.

Prepares Business Lending Committee memos as required.

Acts as liaison between the Commercial Lending Manager, borrowers and applicable CUSOs.

Facilitates loan closings by working to complete due diligence with title companies, environmental companies, appraisers etc. as necessary.

Assures security interests are promptly filed and loans files are complete and properly organized.

Review all activities for compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. Regulations include but are not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering/Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations.

Participate in annual training as required by the BSA/OFAC Compliance Officer.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Associates Degree preferred, Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Required

1-3 years previous banking experience preferred

Must be able to learn and apply a variety of software applications
