Join a growing and dynamic marketing team that supports the University’s recruitment and advancement efforts through creative communications with a focus on storytelling. Create innovative content for web and social media marketing as well as print collateral:
Create graphics for use on website, social media, and electronic communications.
Update the University website with new content (text, photos, videos, etc.) and execute a variety of web projects. Manage online events calendar.
Capture photo, video, and audio media at campus events and produce online content for social media and website.
Design a variety of print and web-based publications including brochures, flyers, catalogs, postcards, invitations, signage, and more.
Establish and maintain a searchable archive of digital assets including images, publications, and digital collateral.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field and 2 to 4 years of design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on Macintosh operating system and WordPress (preferred) or other web editing platform.
Demonstrated graphic design ability/experience (portfolio required).
Digital photography and videography aptitude and experience.
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and YouTube.
Ability to prioritize workload in a deadline driven environment.
