Qualifications:
Required experience:
-
A minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service Repair experience in residential service/sales

Ability to work independently, maintain a “can do” attitude and be a team player
-
Commitment to truly serving customers needs
-
Effectively communicate issues, repairs, and recommendations to customers
-
Attention to detail, demonstrate speed, accuracy in the completion of tasks
Training:

Regular training classes
-
Weekly service meetings with career coaching
Qualifications:

High school diploma (or GED)

EPA HCFC Certification
