In this position, you commit to:
Drive and advance AP sales activities by providing tactical support, strategy and development to the Regional Management Team and identify critical market segments
Represent the concerns and needs of the region’s team, partners and customers, giving them a voice in decisions about overall corporate goals and global sales strategies, through collaboration with Clear-Com’s Strategic Management Team
Recommend changes to overall corporate goals and global sales strategies
Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
Create regional goals, including RSM targets and commission plans, and communicate those goals within individual countries and with channel partners
Cultivate beneficial vendor relationships and manage booth operations at trade shows
What you need to succeed as a Director of Sales – Asia Pacific:
Management experience at the Director level, managing sales in Southeast Asia Pacific markets
Technical Sales experience to include hiring, development, and leadership of sales professionals, with a minimum of 10 years
Fluency in at least one language in the region, Mandarin preferred
Location of hire: Singapore, Hong Kong or West Coast, USA
Travel-ready (up to 60%) to include regular trips to and within the region
Relevant experience in broadcasting or live events
Demonstrated experience in leading sales activities through a dedicated channel partner
BA or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
