Pacific Merchants Alliance LLC (PMA) is hiring a Marketing & Design/Administrative Assistant whowill be trained directly by senior management of the company. We are a young, creative and growing company serving business to business markets. The Marketing & Design/Adminstrative Assistantwill work directly on a variety of important growth and branding projects. This is a multi-disciplinary position which interfaces closely with operations, product management, and sales support. Experience is helpful but not required for the right applicant.

Background, skills, and education include the following: Four-year B.S./B.A. degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Exceptional written and oral communication, positive and responsible work ethic, good organizational skills and attention to detail. A good sense of humor is highly valued. Microsoft Excel skill level 1 or higher required. Skill in maintaining an efficient and orderly work environment is necessary. The more computer experience the better, including (but not required) any familiarity or experience with art, photo, and graphics applications.
Hours: Generally, 9-5 M-F
Required education: 4-year bachelor’s degree - B.S., B.A. or higher from an accredited college or university.
