Client Operations Associate - Financial Services (Full Time)

We are expanding and looking for a Client Operations Associate to join our team. This position is a critical role in the back-office functioning of our Firm. With responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the Firm, the Client Operations Associate helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client paperwork and processing is handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
You are experienced with wearing multiple hats and able to perform diverse administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision-making for the Advisor. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. You will need to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to the completion of assignments and in line with the Firm’s activities and goals.
The successful incumbent will be a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a passion for providing support and managing administrative details with precision and ease.
