Climacell’s Sales Development Managers play an important role in sourcing and qualifying leads/prospects that result in new business. You’ll collaborate closely with the inside sales reps and account executives to help fill the pipeline by scheduling demos and follow-up meetings with new prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos
  • Make strategic outbound calls/emails daily
  • Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, to ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
  • Become a trusted resource to prospects and customers by keeping abreast of our industry and the technology landscape
What it takes:
  • Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals by generating qualified Demo’s and Intro calls
  • Organizational skills and discipline in using sales productivity and prospecting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with an attention to detail
  • Highly ethical; will always do what is right by the organization and customer
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working for a disruptive, first-to-market tech company
  • 1-2 years of software outbound prospecting or B2B technical sales experience
  • Sales training programs / certifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
