## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing physical therapy services in our outpatient clinics under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Thearpist. This role offers the opportunity to work in outpatient settings to include Assisted Living Homes.
## Duties
- Assist in implementing treatment programs as established by the physical therapist
- Provide patient care and support during therapy sessions
- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and activities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Work with a diverse patient population, including geriatrics and individuals requiring acute care
## Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient clinics
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
