We are looking for a talented Product Management professional to help drive expansion of our business and ensure the development of the product portfolio meets the market need within securing access to data. The role of PM is a central role in our company's journey.

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product strategy and roadmap and working closely with R D, product services, product marketing and sales to ensure that the product vision and execution supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

This position will be based out of our Philadelphia office and will offer a competitive salary, top notch benefits package, and flexibility and remote work when needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap to all relevant part relevant participants and stakeholders (including board members)

• Manage product backlog:
o Work with R D lead to define item prioritization process
o Gather feedback and enter items based on PS, sales and R D that align with the process
o Track items and report back to stakeholders e.g. what priority, what sprint etc.
• Scope out sprints and releases that reflects roadmap vision and high priority items and track and report progress
• Forecasting responsibility
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritization and justification
• Ensure technical product services team is trained and prepared on each release
• Evangelize products (blogs, articles, forums, etc.)
• Gather market insights (competitors, analysts, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
• 10+ years' experience in B2B software (security and infrastructure)
• 3+ year's managing entire product/product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
