The aquistion of Snyder’s Lance by Campbell’s Soup is expected to create at least $300MM of synergy savings. The Integration Finace Manger (IFM) will be responsible for analyzing and tracking these savings initiatives to ensure the Company is meeting its commitments. These initiatives will touch virtually all aspects of organization, placing the IFM in a unique position to help shape the newly formed Campbell Snacks division (combination of Pepperidge Farm and Snyder’s Lance).
Essential Job Duties
Works with cross-functional teams to quantify savings and one-time costs associated with each initiative. Initiatives will range from short-term with little complexity to long-term with a high degree of complexity. Initiatives may span Snyder’s Lance, Campbell Snacks and Campbell Soup.
Works with HR leadership to track the impact of headcount-related initiatives.
Works with teams across all parts of the Company to define non-headcount related initiatives that will include but are not limited to:
Manufacturing network optimization
Distribution and warehouse optimization
Product design and commercialization
Zero base budgeting
Captures the timing and $-value of integration initiatives within the initiative tracking tools.
Works with Corporate FP&A to validate actual results and update ongoing forecasts accordingly.
Provides leadership with regular and ad hoc reporting.
Be the Power User for the intitiative tracking tool. Handle maintenance, setup and training as needed.
Scope of Responsibility
This role is critical to the immediate and ongoing success of the newly formed Campbell Snacks division. The person in this role must be capable of working cross-functionally with people across many levels within the organization. Information tracked and reported by this individual will ultimately be included in Campbell’s external financial reports and shareholder updates.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of 6 years of previous project management experience or an equivalent combination or education and experience required. MBA preferred.
Minimal travel may be required.
