Due to continued growth, LogMeIn (NASD: LOGM) is seeking a Channel Account Manager to join an already high-performing Channel team. Your focus will be seekig out new channel partners in the hosted VOIP and Unified Communications space while helping current partners provide leads and clients. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and ability to create lasting relationships wih our valued partners.
Perform as the liaison between Jive Communications and its valued partners/clients
Work against a quota and develop new leads through relationships with partners
Recruit, formalize agreements, and train new partners
Collaborate with Partner Success and Project Mgmt teams to ensure successful processing of new and additional orders
Complete all required administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner
Provide timely and accurate reports and properly enter information into Jive’s Salesforce database
Maintain accurate client profiles
Attend company events (e.g., trade shows, company meetings, special events, etc.)
Escalate any and all roadblocks to respective support department
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational team meetings/workshops
Establish personal networks
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
6+ years of sales experience (channel sales preferred)
Specialized knowledge in Hosted VoIP and Unified Communications (UCAAS)
Proven closing skills
Territory maintenance skills
Industry (product) knowledge
