We’re looking for a solutions oriented Technical Recruiter to help drive the company’s continued growth. This is a unique opportunity to be the Technical recruiting partner for our growing teams across the US.
In this role, you will be responsible for a mix of high volume recruitment as well as finding niche technical talent. You will partner with the business and head of Technical Recruiting to drive recruiting efforts forward. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel to our office locations regularly as you build partnerships across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
Partner with internal hiring teams to build effective full life cycle recruitment strategies to include; candidate sourcing and selection strategies, compensation recommendations, offer recommendations and presentation.
Partner with Talent Partners (Human Resources) to ensure the needs of the organization are met
Build recruiting strategy which may include: utilization of job boards, professional networking sites, user groups and/or list-serves, blogs, social media, meetup groups, and applicant tracking system (we use Jobvite) to identify and recruit qualified passive and active candidates
Pro-actively update the business and provide transparency into the recruitment process
Source, assess, and recruit quality talent into the IT organization
The Experience You’ll Need:
3+ years of technical recruiting experience
3+ years of experience in a high volume environment
Ability to provide proactive sourcing techniques and engage hard to find talent
Proven track record of successfully partnering with stakeholders
Ability to build strong relationships
“Can do” attitude
Experience in both agency and corporate environments
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Experience in a high-growth environment
