Roxbury is currently accepting applications for an RN House Supervisor to work overnight shift. The shifts are 6:30pm - 7:00am with weekend and holiday rotation.

We are also recruiting a weekend day RN House Supervisor to work every weekend 6:30am - 7:00pm.

This position provides administrative and clinical supervision to all staff throughout the hospital on assigned shift. The RN House Supervisor is a liaison to department directors and administration to insure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments. Primary responsibilities include: providing administrative management, prioritization and delegation of duties for all facility staff; participation in shift coverage as needed and deemed necessary as part of the nursing administrative team; staff and program scheduling; and performing direct patient care services. This individual will work in cooperation with hospital leadership, physician staff and other department managers.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program, with an active Pennsylvania registered nurses license. Prefer 2 years of clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health and co-occurring population, previous clinical supervisory role in a psychiatric or co-occurring setting preferred.**
