As a member of our Agile delivery team - as a Scrum Master- you will help deliver innovative and inspiring solutions for our diverse client base. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the Scrum framework and will be responsible for conducting and managing Scrum activities of 1-2 development teams. They also must have the ability to coach effective collaboration between the team and their designated Product Owner. Outstanding communication and 'soft' skills are essential.

  • Organize and facilitate the activities of the Scrum Framework
  • Coach effective product ownership and backlog refinement
  • Coach continual team improvement
  • Own and resolve impediments
  • Act as a Servant Leader for the team and product owner
  • Visualize and manage project risks and issues. Drive resolution of most risks and issues
  • Resolve conflicts as they arise
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Support the use of metrics and reports
  • Support improvement and standardization activities
  • Support and improve collaboration within the team
  • Deep understanding of Agile processes and Scrum, with experience working as part of Scrum team (as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Team Member, or a combination thereof)
  • At least 1 year prior experience serving as a Scrum Master preferred
  • Experience as a Product Owner is a plus
  • Experience using Agile Tools such as JIRA, Rally, or TFS
  • Experience supporting or leading newer teams to Scrum is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership in process improvement and innovation
