If so, Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling is looking for a proactive, self-sufficient, and outgoing customer service representative to join our growing team of top-class experts in disaster restoration.
Your responsibilities will include managing new lead intake after hours, answering customer inquiries and directing customers to the right team member while giving answers to general questions, as well as other office responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for dispatching and coordinating emergency services, when needed.
The right candidate will be able to take control of our lead intake and front office operations after hours while contributing to improving our processes and procedures.
This is a full-time remote position ( Mon - Fri 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST). You need to be able to drive to the office for meetings, if and when necessary.
This position starts at $12/hour.
Minimum of two years of administrative experience
Be able to pass a drug and background check with clean results
Have excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Have an unwavering dedication to customer service
Construction and/or disaster restoration experience is a plus
Previous customer service/phone/office training is desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
