The Development Project Manager position manages the software development process at a project level. Responsible for leading the overall definition, planning and delivery of technical projects. This will include scheduling, managing resources and managing quality projects throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring that project roadblocks are dealt with and stakeholder expectations are managed and met. Responsible for leading and motivating the project team throughout the project, including working closely with project stakeholders, and managing project changes and challenges. Clear communication skills and an ability to work with all levels of personnel and management are essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 2 years of Project management work experience
Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, IS, CIS or related field
Technical work experience
Direct leadership/managerial experience or leading agile teams in HR matrix’d environment
Experience with CA PPM, JIRA, VersionOne, or other Agile Planning tools
Agile software development lifecycle experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope or position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
