Job Summary

Opportunity to work with a good team and hands-on franchise owner and associates.

We have an immediate need to fill a full-time position or part-time position(s) as a sales associate/manager at The UPS Store in San Ramon.

Manager / Sales Associates Responsibilities

  • Monitors, evaluates, and maximizes customer service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manages inventory
  • Oversees Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Besides management, manage retail counter and day to day operation.
  • Working the counter for shipping transaction, mailbox services, packaging, live-scan fingerprinting, notary public services and printing services.

Manager / Sales Associates Qualifications

  • High school diploma desired
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Outstanding phone skills
  • Willing to accept full accountability for Center operations
  • Notary License desirable, but not required
  • Must be able to carry packages up to 50lbs
  • State administered test and background check
  • Print shop operation or similar skills a plus.
