We have an immediate need to fill a full-time position or part-time position(s) as a sales associate/manager at The UPS Store in San Ramon.
Manager / Sales Associates Responsibilities
- Monitors, evaluates, and maximizes customer service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manages inventory
- Oversees Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Besides management, manage retail counter and day to day operation.
- Working the counter for shipping transaction, mailbox services, packaging, live-scan fingerprinting, notary public services and printing services.
Manager / Sales Associates Qualifications
- High school diploma desired
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Willing to accept full accountability for Center operations
- Notary License desirable, but not required
- Must be able to carry packages up to 50lbs
- State administered test and background check
- Print shop operation or similar skills a plus.
