The Litigation Legal Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to attorneys and other specialized assistance to administrative personnel. Responsibilities include strong written, proofreading and oral communication skills; ability to interact well with clients; excellent litigation skills, strong technological skills, including willingness to learn new databases, and to perform other functions associated with administrative tasks such as time and billing entry. Ability to build strong professional relationships with attorneys and support staff is required. Work independently and as a team member. Excellent attendance and timeliness required. Excellent benefits package. Position is full-time, M-F 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. No phone calls, please.
