Affinity Resources has an immediate opening for an On-site Recruiter. This position will be supporting a customer that specializes in providing logistics and transportation services and will based at their facility located in Miami Gardens area. Base pay plus bonus and incentives.

Job Description:
Affinity Resources offers contract and temporary employment services, direct hire placements, part-time and full-time staffing solutions, as well as on-site managed staffing programs. As an On-site Recruiter, you will work out of an office at a specific client’s facility, recruiting and interviewing temporary candidates, as well as arranging for any training they might need prior to their assignments. You will also serve as an onsite liaison for Affinity Resources, maintaining strong ongoing business relationships with your assigned client company and ensuring that their staffing orders are filled.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing new employees.
  • Handling administration of applications.
  • Make sure that all shifts are departments are appropriately staffed.
  • Walking the floor and checking in with supervisors and employees to make sure the operation is running smoothly.
  • Monitoring contract employee hours in order to control the amount of OT being worked.
  • Assist with payroll issues.
  • Managing conflict resolution
  • Maintaining accurate employee records for all employees
  • Creating a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and safety in the workforce
  • Managing any injuries, violations of policy, coaching, discipline, or termination of employees
  • Managing performance and attendance records and warning employees of any performance problems
  • Maintaining a positive and successful relationship with customers in solving their staffing situations


As an On-Site Recruiter, you must be Bilingual and have a strong background in Recruiting and Staffing.

Additional requirements include:

  • Proven time management experience to meet client’s requirements.
  • Ideal candidates come with a background in Warehouse supervision or management, not required but highly desired
  • Must have great communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must have excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $35,000.00 to $38,000.00 /year
