Role / Title:
Position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience across all Zones for finance. Individual will have exposure to full P&L and will participate in company-wide projects and initiatives. Opportunity to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across different categories and business units. Significant interaction with Senior Leadership teams across the globe, including the Global CFO, Zone CFOs, and VP of Financial Planning.
Key Components of the role:
Oversees and manages the consolidation of Global CFO’s main planning and reporting activities, including monthly KHC Business Management cycle (i.e. CFO, EVP, MPR, Finance Committee)
Presents consolidated planning and reporting materials to Global BBP team to help guide discussions with Paulo and Paulo's direct reports (including CFO Calls / EVPs, Finance Committee materials, MPR Pre-Reads and monthly Flash reports)
Provide analytical support to 5 global Zones on business results and achieving financial targets (e.g. tracking Risks & Opps, Action Plans, etc.)

Leads monthly consolidation, forecast updates and tracking against updated plans and prior forecasts
Leads assembly of monthly 3G & Board level materials on performance
Assembles Monthly Operations & Strategy materials, as well as the Monthly People & Performance update for the Global CEO / CFO
Coordinate and oversee assembly of quarterly Board materials for CEO and CFO
Run Global SOP calculation through continous communication with the Zones and Global teams (People ZBB, Controller, etc.)
Analytical support to Zone Finance teams and all Finance functions (i.e. Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax, etc.)
Work with Global Finance functions to regularly update and track latest forecasts and assemble necessary AOP / monthly materials
Variety of ad hoc requests from CEO, CFO, and Board Members
Support for potential M&A work
Demonstrated strong accounting and analytical skills, as well as broad business acumen
Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and attention to detail skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work in a high intensity environment, managing multiple projects concurrently with limited direct supervision
Ability to work with and manage a broad variety of teams
Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Accounting required
Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
FiT, Hyperion, and/or SAP skills preferred
