We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team based in NYC. This person will project manage exciting and fast paced new commercialization efforts for Delos, focusing on the residential division, which is rapidly expanding its footprint in its mission of placing human health and wellness at the center of residential design and development. We’re looking for someone who can manage a variety of stakeholders across different divisions of the company. A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business strategy is critical. We are in need of someone who can bring a fresh perspective to the commercialization team by proactively initiating new and innovative ways to effectively and efficiently construct and manage project plans. The Project Manager is responsible for coordination of efforts across the full commercialization process at the company. This role will be a communication hub across multiple external clients, partners and vendors, and internal teams including marketing, technology, design, operations, legal and product delivery.

Manage project independently on a day-to-day basis
Maintain regular client contact and become integral part of client team ensuring
Meet/manage all commercialization team deadlines
Monitor all projects and alert senior management if it is falling behind schedule
Effectively lead internal meetings (e.g. discovery, status meetings, new commercialization effort stand-up sessions, etc.), making important, relevant contributions and generating action reports
Keep senior management briefed on project activities
Implement live tracking tools and ensure quality assurance standards in the work are performed
Communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally
Uphold quality standards in servicing clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain up to date project plans
Establish credibility and maintain leadership image both internally and externally; convey confidence without over-promising

Candidate Profile & Prerequisites:
College degree, preferably in marketing, communications, supply chain, project management or science/medicine
3-6 years of project management experience
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Superb prioritization skills and detail-orientation
Well-developed knowledge of business practices/vendor relations
Ability to remain calm even in high-pressure situations
Experience in a product business that encompasses both hardware & software development
The maturity to determine when it is appropriate to make decisions independently and when to escalate issues/decisions to management
Professional, positive attitude toward peers and clients
Compensation: Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included for full-time employees.
