This is a sales position with warm calls and leads provided.

We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative professionals who wants to join the solar industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must have excellent phone etiquette, know how to generate interests, be result-driven and highly motivated to achieve goals.

  • Our Inside Sales Representatives are on average making $48k- 60k per year (base pay+commission+bonus) and top reps makes $90,000+
  • We promote from the sales floor to all upper level positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Qualify possible clients
  • Create sales proposals

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Preferentially Solar experience
