We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator role in Danville, VA! This role is a direct hire opportunity with a great company. You would be responsible for assisting account teams with processing orders. You need to be very detail oriented, positive and reliable! Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, returns, and cancellations using internal ERP software
Create and provide order acknowledgments to customers
Communicate and coordinate with other departments, 3PLs, and customers to ensure effective and timely processing, delivery, and invoicing of orders
Analyze customer inquiries and research solutions
Help monitor and manage inventory
Approve and release sales orders for warehouse fulfillment and prepare shipping documents
Prepare reports

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in high volume, fast-paced customer service role
ERP experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize based on urgency
Self-starter
Ability to build rapport
