Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking experienced senior level Program Analysts in support of Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS) Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PdM FPS) and PdM Electro-Optic/Infrared Payloads (EO/IR). The Program Analyst will function as systems acquisition manager and plan, organize, and develop program management techniques and internal controls to manage acquisition programs and support functions. In addition, the Program Analyst will provide recommendations in regard to the organizational structure, personnel, training needs, and program priorities in addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, determining program objectives, managing engineering activities (i.e., design, development, modification, and analysis systems and their associated components), and performing management and analysis of program cost, schedule, and performance. The Program Analyst must have over 20 years experience managing government programs and at least one year of supervisory responsibility.

The primary mission of PdM FPS & PdM EO/IR is to develop, acquire, field, and sustain persistent surveillance systems that enhance intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, target acquisition, force protection, and physical security capabilities, enabling rapid situational understanding and integrated operations for United States (US) Warfighters in the US Central Command (CENTCOM), Pacific Command (PACOM), Africa Command (AFRICOM), European Command (EUCOM) Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and other locations as required.

Essential job functions include:
Develop an IMS and produce all detailed acquisition documentation as required by the Integrated Defense Technology and Logistics Life Cycle Management System in support of program milestone events.
Ensure prompt, proper execution and accounting of all contractual and fiscal transactions and deliverables.
Recommend strategies, review schedules, identify issues, and recommend actions to meet program milestones.
Resolve program technical issues for both hardware and software.
Prepare detailed briefs in support of the program office.
Chair and direct IPT meetings as required, providing Senior-level guidance for all programs, in addition to facilitating various meetings and discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the development of documentation, providing advice and analyzing data to be used during informational and pre-decisional program meetings.
Skills and Abilities

Expertise in DoD Acquisition and Life-Cycle Management policies and procedures including DoD 5000 series and service-specific guidance.
Expertise in the principles and practices of program management.
Proficiency in the substantive nature of programs and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution.
Expert ability to research, analyze, and evaluated information.
Expert ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Travel

Up to 25% travel may be expected in this position.

Required Education and Experience

BA/BS
Project Management Certification, e.g. PMP preferred
Minimum of 20 years of experience managing government programs
Preferred Education and Experience

DAU Program Management Level III
Experience working with the DoD
