Essential Position Responsibilities:
Provide general print and digital design + production as needed.
Create point of sales collateral for multiple physical and digital channels.
Assist with the creation of internal documents and presentations.
Ability to take direction from Art Director + Graphic Designer + marketing team + Co-founder and provide multiple solutions on time.
Image retouching and fine craftsmanship skills in creating mock-ups.
With Art Director and Graphic Designer, create and maintain scheduling/prioritizing system for workflow.
Help organize and maintain creative servers and shared files.
Stay current on beauty industry style, trends and best practices.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2+ years of graphic design experience in digital and print.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail oriented, well organized & strong problem-solving skills.
Personable with strong presentation abilities and written/visual communication skills.
Ability to collaborate and create independently.
Ability to take direction, listen to feedback and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Confidence in pre-pressing, sending files to press, and press-checking.
Experience in retail, luxury brand, beauty/fashion, or e-commerce is a plus.
Understanding of the luxury beauty market and aesthetic.
A strong design portfolio (print and digital).
