KPMG is currently seeking a Chief Architect in the KPMG Advisory Technology Organization
Collaborate with our Digital Solutions and Strategy Pillar and Advisory Functional Leaders in defining, executing, measuring and maintaining existing and new products
Work with stakeholders, such our Centralized Technology Organization, our Strategic Innovation teams and our Advanced Data Analytics team to understand, align, and support coordinated efforts for decisions involving technology architecture and standards
Guide technology strategy, architecture and recommendations for technology investment plans and maintain leadership in the development of standards and architectural governance
Provide hands on knowledge of architectural analysis and design spanning our products, enablers, and broad technology-centric intellectual property
Partner with various business stakeholders and technology leaders to translate customer needs into technical solutions and system designs
15 years of industry experience preferred, including at least 8 years of systems architecture experience and 5 years of experience leading engineering or architecture teams
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Previous director level role with software and architecture experience designing scalable systems
Demonstrated track record of leading a high performing team and significant contributor to architectural functions
Experience in performing build/buy/partner analysis, preferably with a background in M&A due diligence with successful acquisitions
Low level system software experience
