Ajilon Professional Staffing has an immediate need to hire a person to fill an Order Entry Representative Job ASAP in Bedford Heights, OH area. We are looking for someone to have at least two to three years of experience with purchase orders experience and conversing directly with customers with status and follow-up. This is a long-term contract position with a lot of potential for permanent hire in the company! Could you the candidate we are looking for?
Order Entry Representative Job Tasks:
Take inbound calls from distributors, or end-users discussing an update on orders and status of an order
Input orders from inbox emails and faxes
Answer general questions with follow-up on ordering and current orders
Run reports for customers based on their orders and tracking
Order Entry Representative Job Qualifications:
Must have H.S. Diploma / GED
A.S. or B.S is a PLUS
At least 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain field
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups is a PLUS)
Strong analytical skills
Work well independently
