Bookkeeper Payroll Clerk
Well established growing property Management Company is in need of a full-time bookkeeper and payroll clerk.
We are looking for a detail oriented person who can work well with deadlines and exist in a busy, fast-paced environment.
QuickBooks experience is necessary. Daily tasks include monthly write-up, payroll, bank reconciliations, payables, distributions, filing and data entry.
This is a position that requires experience but is also a wonderful opportunity for an individual who is interested in being mentored and gaining more experience and responsibility.
The Bookkeeper will be assigned several small business accounts. Perform bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and payroll services on less than 15 employees. Must be eager to learn, must be reliable, trustworthy, a team player and intermediate computer and email communication skills ability, to provide reports.
