IPCcurrently looking for an Human Resources Generalist who is an employee champion. You will deliver value-added service to leadership and teams. The Human Resources Specialist is an integral team member supporting the IPC Team.

Assist Sr. HR Generalist with Team communications
- Assist with employee relations issues
- Manage IPC store inventory
- Assist with weekly safety meetings
- Update communication boards
Help make IPC the TEAM of choice by recruiting and retaining Epic team members.
- Review applications
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Maintain applicant tracking system
- Schedule and conduct new hire orientations
- Schedule follow up interviews, stay interviews and annual evaluations
- Effectively track culture chip program
- Manage employee referral program
Assist Sr. HR Generalist with general HR administrative responsibilities
- Maintaining employee attendance system
- Entering employees into HRIS
- Letter writing, photocopying, faxing, scanning and email communications
- Serve as a key partner to help develop and document standard operating procedures
Skills Needed to Win:
- 1+ years of HR experience
- Bilingual (English – Spanish)
- Resourceful and creative in recruiting
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Technically sound in Human Resources fundamentals and best practices and the application of them in manufacturing operations
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
