**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Certified Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing Certified Payroll for our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee wages, and requires strong accounting skills and attention to detail.
**Duties:**
- Manage and process Construction Certified Payroll, including calculating and paying employee wages, bonuses, and benefits
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax reports, to the relevant authorities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws
- Use accounting software, such as ADP, to process payroll and manage payroll-related tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and organized records
**Experience:**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Construction Certified Payroll processing and accounting
- Proficiency with ADP and other accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
