Description
The Regional Lead has overall responsibility for managing case files and staff productivity. The Regional Lead is also an agency liaison to external organizations requesting client information and ensures that confidentiality rules are enforced for all requests. The Regional Lead role requires excellent organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. The Regional Lead also ensures adherence to records/documentation policies, procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
- Assign and manage employee caseloads, ensuring 25 to 30 consumers per staff member
- Track key region metrics & report findings on a weekly basis
- Review and approve documentation of assigned employees
- Submit OTRs in a timely manner, preventing interruption in services
- Ensure clients are properly discharged & monthly summaries are submitted to referral sources
- Provide face-to-face and/or virtual supervision of assigned staff
- Partner with the Billing Department as needed to resolve issues
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior case management program experience preferred
- Experience with Medicaid, State and County procedures regarding documentation
- Extraordinarily high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and organization skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and sensitivity to diverse cultures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
