Job Title: Truck Fleet Maintenance Manager
Are you a seasoned professional in truck maintenance management? We’re looking for a Truck Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance facilities and manage operations across multiple locations. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate with mechanics and vendors, ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the maintenance facility and multiple off-site locations
- Serve as the main liaison between mechanics and vendors
- Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Staffing of mechanics to maintain optimal staffing levels
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in truck maintenance management
- Willingness to travel out of state as needed
- Class 7 state inspection license preferred
- Good MVR / CDL license is a plus
