This position will begin as a Part-Time position working up to 30 hours per week. You must be flexible to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and Holidays.

Lifeguard with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for observing guests in the pool and performing designated rescue practices as needed to ensure guest safety according to local, state and federal health and safety regulations.

What will I be doing?

As a Lifeguard, you would be responsible for observing guests in the pool and performing designated rescue practices as needed to ensure guest safety according to local, state and federal health and safety regulations. Safeguarding and regulating conduct of pool patrons to ensure their safety. Conducts constant surveillance of patrons in the facility and acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency. Provide emergency care and treatment, as needed. Communicate and enforces all safety rules and regulations.

Must be able to possess or obtain current Lifeguard certification upon offer for hire.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous customer service experience
Previous lifeguard experience.
