Description:
OpenLoop is looking for a Director of Account Management to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will lead the Account Management Team, collaborating closely with the COO, CEO, Sales organization, Customer Success Team and Implementations Group.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Owner of all work queues and SLA’s across clients

Understand all in operation integrations and technology in place at partner accounts

Improve processes at scale in key accounts to streamline operational efficiencies

Manage account management team and ensure no customer requests are being missed
-
Grow utilization in partner accounts

Understand OpenLoop’s available staffing and tech solutions in place to support scaling the operation in the next phase of growth
-
Partner with internal departments to meet client needs
-
At times serve as a trusted partner and consultant to clients, helping them find solutions
-
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management required

3+ years of management required
-
Ticketing system experience required
-
CMS experience required
-
Stellar interpersonal written and verbal communication

Ability to serve a mentor and leader

Telehealth or healthcare experience preferred
