Job Summary Business Relationship Manager:
The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of construction lending activities and account relations falling under his/her responsibility with the purpose of soliciting, servicing, and retaining professional and commercial clients. Typically deals with moderately large and complex real estate loans including, commercial mortgages, land development, construction, and commercial loans. Maintains established lending goals and performance levels for specified area according to goals..
Essential Responsibilities for Business Relationship Manager:
- Manage construction lending activities establishing organizational structures in order to manage the high volume of asset and liability account transactions in this market segment.
- Responsible for the coordination of administrative processes in the concession of loan.
- Coordinate the loan application process with approved closing agents ensuring properly loan closing procedures.
- Authorize all division aspects, including loan requests and operations managing the workflow according to regulations and established procedures.
- Hold periodic meetings with the Bank’s clients and prospects with the purpose of maintaining the account’s quality service and expanding current business relations.
- Act as liaison between the client and the various bank departments.
- Represent the Bank in the community in order to develop activities and promote initiatives additional business ensuring company visibility in all aspects of the community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
