We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and growing company. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, work closely with our advisors to deliver an exception experience to our clientele, and work with honestly and high levels of integrity. This role is critical to our company's success, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch support to our clients and our team. We strive to deliver excellence to our clients as well as to each other within the team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone, email, in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Assist with onboarding new firm clients.
- Service existing clients of the firm.
- Communicate effectively with customers, resolving issues and maintaining a positive client relationship.
- Work closely with our project management team to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of client needs and concerns.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven successful experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal Growth Mindset.
- Ability to task-switch and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and our CRM and operating software systems.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement. You must be a "People's Champion".
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred or at least three years of client service experience. Previous experience in financial services client service is highly desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
